Fashion AI ("chúng tôi", "ứng dụng") tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn. Tài liệu này mô tả những thông tin chúng tôi thu thập, cách chúng tôi sử dụng, và quyền của bạn.
1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
- Ảnh khuôn mặt và cơ thể. Khi bạn dùng các tính năng phân tích kiểu tóc, mắt kính, vóc dáng, thử trang phục — bạn chủ động chọn và upload ảnh. Ảnh chứa khuôn mặt, đặc điểm khuôn mặt (form mặt, đường nét, tỷ lệ), và vóc dáng được gửi tới máy chủ của chúng tôi và OpenAI để mô hình AI phân tích. Xem chi tiết ở mục 1a. Dữ liệu khuôn mặt bên dưới.
- Tài khoản. Khi bạn đăng nhập bằng Apple, Google, hoặc email: chúng tôi nhận được email và tên hiển thị từ bên cung cấp xác thực.
- Sử dụng. Số lượt phân tích, thời điểm sử dụng, gói đăng ký hiện tại — để tính credit và quản lý subscription.
- Thiết bị (kỹ thuật). Loại thiết bị, phiên bản hệ điều hành, phiên bản app — để chẩn đoán lỗi.
- Lịch sử mua hàng. Receipt do Apple / Google gửi xuống — để xác minh subscription.
1a. Dữ liệu khuôn mặt (Face Data)
Vì Fashion AI là ứng dụng phân tích phong cách dựa trên ảnh người dùng, chúng tôi minh bạch hoá việc xử lý dữ liệu khuôn mặt như sau:
- Loại dữ liệu thu thập: Ảnh chụp 2D do bạn chủ động chọn từ thư viện hoặc chụp bằng camera của thiết bị. Chúng tôi không tạo, lưu trữ, hay xuất bản model 3D khuôn mặt, không tạo face embedding hoặc faceprint, không dùng cho nhận diện danh tính (face recognition / identification).
- Mục đích sử dụng (duy nhất):
- Phát hiện có khuôn mặt trong ảnh để từ chối ảnh không hợp lệ trước khi gọi AI.
- Làm input cho mô hình AI sinh ảnh gợi ý kiểu tóc, kính, outfit phù hợp với form mặt và vóc dáng của bạn.
Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu khuôn mặt cho quảng cáo, không bán cho bên thứ ba, không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình AI.
- Chia sẻ với bên thứ ba: Ảnh được gửi qua HTTPS tới OpenAI để chạy mô hình sinh ảnh. Theo điều khoản API của OpenAI (openai.com/policies/api-data-usage-policies), dữ liệu API không được dùng để huấn luyện mô hình. Không có bên thứ ba nào khác nhận dữ liệu khuôn mặt của bạn.
- Nơi lưu trữ: Ảnh kết quả AI sinh ra (đã được biến đổi từ ảnh gốc) được lưu trên Firebase Storage (Google Cloud, region asia-southeast1) trong tài khoản của bạn, được bảo vệ bằng Firebase Security Rules — chỉ chính bạn truy cập được.
- Thời gian lưu trữ:
- Ảnh gốc bạn upload: chỉ tồn tại trong RAM máy chủ trong thời gian xử lý (vài giây), không lưu thường trực.
- Ảnh kết quả AI: tự động xoá sau tối đa 90 ngày kể từ ngày tạo.
- Khi bạn xoá tài khoản: toàn bộ ảnh và metadata bị xoá ngay lập tức và không khôi phục được.
- Phát hiện khuôn mặt trên thiết bị: Để kiểm tra ảnh có chứa khuôn mặt hay không, chúng tôi dùng Google ML Kit Face Detection chạy hoàn toàn trên thiết bị (on-device). Kết quả phát hiện không rời khỏi máy bạn.
- Quyền của bạn: Bạn có thể xem, xoá từng ảnh trong Hồ sơ → Lịch sử phân tích, hoặc xoá toàn bộ qua Hồ sơ → Xoá tài khoản.
2. Chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập
- Vị trí địa lý chính xác.
- Danh bạ, lịch, ảnh chưa được bạn chủ động chọn.
- Mật khẩu — đăng nhập đi qua nhà cung cấp (Apple / Google) hoặc Firebase Auth, chúng tôi không thấy mật khẩu của bạn.
3. Chúng tôi dùng thông tin để làm gì
- Vận hành các tính năng AI phân tích.
- Quản lý tài khoản, credit hằng ngày, gói Pro.
- Khắc phục sự cố và cải thiện chất lượng AI.
- Liên hệ với bạn về thay đổi quan trọng (ví dụ: cập nhật điều khoản).
Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu của bạn cho quảng cáo nhắm mục tiêu, không bán dữ liệu cho bên thứ ba.
4. Chia sẻ với bên thứ ba
Để vận hành ứng dụng, chúng tôi sử dụng các nhà cung cấp sau, mỗi bên chỉ nhận dữ liệu cần thiết cho dịch vụ của họ:
- OpenAI — nhận ảnh bạn gửi để chạy mô hình AI. OpenAI không được phép dùng ảnh của bạn để huấn luyện mô hình (theo điều khoản API của họ).
- Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Storage, Hosting) — lưu trữ tài khoản, lịch sử phân tích, ảnh kết quả, triển khai backend.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — xử lý thanh toán đăng ký Pro, gửi receipt cho chúng tôi để kích hoạt gói.
5. Lưu trữ dữ liệu
- Ảnh kết quả lưu trên Firebase Storage tối đa 90 ngày, sau đó tự động xoá.
- Bản ghi phân tích (metadata) lưu trong Firestore.
- Ảnh gốc bạn upload chỉ tồn tại trong RAM trong thời gian xử lý — không lưu thường trực.
6. Quyền của bạn
- Xem dữ liệu: trong Hồ sơ → Lịch sử phân tích.
- Xoá tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu: Hồ sơ → Xoá tài khoản. Hành động không thể hoàn tác.
- Yêu cầu xuất dữ liệu hoặc khiếu nại: gửi email tới hongngoc081197@gmail.com — chúng tôi phản hồi trong 30 ngày.
- Trẻ em: ứng dụng dành cho người từ 13 tuổi trở lên. Nếu bạn dưới 13, vui lòng không dùng app.
7. Bảo mật
Toàn bộ kết nối giữa app và máy chủ dùng HTTPS / TLS. Mật khẩu (nếu dùng email) được hash bằng Firebase Auth. Truy cập backend yêu cầu Firebase ID token. Chúng tôi không lưu thông tin thẻ tín dụng — toàn bộ thanh toán đi qua Apple / Google.
8. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi có thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trong app và cập nhật ngày ở đầu trang. Tiếp tục sử dụng app sau khi chính sách mới hiệu lực có nghĩa là bạn chấp nhận chính sách mới.

Fashion AI ("we", "the app") respects your privacy. This document describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. What we collect
- Face and body photos. When you use hairstyle / glasses / body / try-on features, you actively pick or capture a photo. The photo containing your face, facial features (face shape, contours, proportions), and body is sent to our servers and to OpenAI for AI processing. See section 1a. Face Data below for details.
- Account info. When you sign in with Apple, Google, or email — we receive your email and display name from the auth provider.
- Usage. Number of analyses, timestamps, current subscription tier — for credit accounting and subscription state.
- Device (technical). Device model, OS version, app version — for crash diagnostics.
- Purchase history. Receipts from Apple / Google — to verify subscription.
1a. Face Data
Because Fashion AI is a stylistic analysis app driven by user photos, we explicitly disclose how face data is handled:
- What is collected: 2D photographs that you actively pick from your gallery or capture with your camera. We do not create, store, or export 3D face models, do not generate face embeddings or faceprints, and do not use the data for face recognition or identification.
- Purpose (sole):
- To detect whether the photo contains a face so we can reject invalid inputs before calling AI.
- As input to the AI model that generates suggested hairstyles, glasses, and outfits matching your face shape and body type.
We do not use face data for advertising, do not sell it to third parties, and do not use it to train AI models.
- Sharing with third parties: Photos are sent over HTTPS to OpenAI to run the image-generation model. Per OpenAI API terms (openai.com/policies/api-data-usage-policies), API data is not used to train OpenAI's models. No other third party receives your face data.
- Where stored: AI-generated result images (transformed from the original) are stored in Firebase Storage (Google Cloud, asia-southeast1 region) under your account, protected by Firebase Security Rules so only you can access them.
- Retention period:
- The original photo you upload exists only in server memory during processing (a few seconds) and is never persisted.
- AI result images: automatically deleted after up to 90 days from creation.
- When you delete your account: all images and metadata are immediately deleted and cannot be recovered.
- On-device face detection: To check whether a photo contains a face, we use Google ML Kit Face Detection running entirely on-device. Detection results never leave your device.
- Your rights: View or delete individual images in Profile → Analysis history, or delete everything via Profile → Delete account.
2. What we DO NOT collect
- Precise location.
- Contacts, calendar, photos you didn't actively pick.
- Passwords — auth goes through Apple / Google or Firebase Auth, we never see your password.
3. How we use information
- To run the AI analysis features.
- To manage account, daily credits, Pro subscription.
- To debug issues and improve AI quality.
- To contact you about important changes (e.g. updated terms).
We do not use your data for targeted advertising and we do not sell data to third parties.
4. Sharing with third parties
We use these vendors, each receiving only what their service needs:
- OpenAI — receives your submitted photos to run the AI model. OpenAI is not permitted to use your photos to train models (per their API terms).
- Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Storage, Hosting) — stores account, analysis history, result images, runs the backend.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — processes subscription billing, sends us a receipt to activate Pro.
5. Data retention
- Result images stored on Firebase Storage for up to 90 days, then auto-deleted.
- Analysis metadata stored in Firestore.
- Original uploaded photos only exist in memory during processing — not persisted.
6. Your rights
- View data: in Profile → Analysis history.
- Delete account and all data: Profile → Delete account. Irreversible.
- Data export or complaints: email hongngoc081197@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days.
- Children: app is intended for users 13 and older. If you are under 13, please do not use the app.
7. Security
All connections between app and server use HTTPS / TLS. Passwords (if using email auth) are hashed by Firebase Auth. Backend access requires a Firebase ID token. We never store credit card information — all payments go through Apple / Google.
8. Changes to this policy
When we make material changes we will notify you in-app and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a new policy takes effect means you accept the new policy.
