Câu hỏi thường gặp

App báo "vượt giới hạn miễn phí" — tôi cần làm gì?

Tài khoản miễn phí có 3 lượt phân tích/ngày. Nâng cấp Pro trong Hồ sơ → Nâng cấp để dùng không giới hạn, hoặc đợi reset vào 0h hôm sau.

Tôi đã mua Pro nhưng vẫn bị giới hạn?

Trong app, vào Hồ sơ → Khôi phục mua hàng. Nếu vẫn lỗi, gửi email kèm Apple ID / email đăng ký để chúng tôi kiểm tra receipt.

Làm sao huỷ Pro?

• iOS: Cài đặt → [Tên bạn] → Đăng ký → Fashion AI → Huỷ
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Đăng ký → Fashion AI → Huỷ

Pro vẫn dùng được đến hết kỳ đã trả.

Ảnh kết quả không giống tôi?

Mô hình AI cố gắng giữ nét nhưng không hoàn hảo 100%. Để có kết quả tốt hơn: dùng ảnh sáng rõ, mặt thẳng, không che bằng tóc/kính/khẩu trang.

Tôi muốn xoá tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu

Trong app: Hồ sơ → Xoá tài khoản. Hành động này không thể hoàn tác và sẽ xoá toàn bộ lịch sử phân tích.

App bị crash / lỗi mạng

Thử các bước sau theo thứ tự:

• Tắt app hoàn toàn và mở lại.
• Kiểm tra kết nối mạng (Wi-Fi / 4G).
• Cập nhật app lên phiên bản mới nhất.
• Khởi động lại thiết bị.
• Nếu vẫn lỗi, gửi email kèm thông tin ở mục "Liên hệ".

Frequently asked questions

The app says "free limit reached" — what should I do?

Free accounts get 3 analyses/day. Upgrade to Pro under Profile → Upgrade for unlimited use, or wait for the daily reset at midnight.

I purchased Pro but I'm still hitting the limit?

In the app, go to Profile → Restore purchases. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID / signup email so we can check the receipt.

How do I cancel Pro?

• iOS: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Fashion AI → Cancel
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Fashion AI → Cancel

Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

Result images don't look like me

The AI tries to preserve identity but isn't 100% perfect. For better results: use a well-lit photo, face the camera straight on, and don't cover your face with hair, glasses, or a mask.

I want to delete my account and all data

In the app: Profile → Delete account. This is irreversible and will delete your full analysis history.

App crashes or network error

Try the following steps in order:

• Force-close the app and reopen it.
• Check your network connection (Wi-Fi / cellular).
• Update the app to the latest version.
• Restart the device.
• If the issue persists, email us with the info from the "Contact" section above.
